Found my 10K run!
So I registered for a 10K run…and i’ve started my training today. For some reason my legs felt heavy and the drizzle outside wasn’t helping. But, i’ve got to stick to my plan! How else am I going to get good at this?
Anyways, the 10K I signed up for is the City of Hope’s Underwear Affair. I am trying to raise money for it, so I would appreciate it if anybody would like to make a donation at my page. Anybody out there know how to stretch the side of the knee? I have this nagging ache, it is kind of on the left side/back of my knee. No matter what stretch I do, that little area doesn’t get stretched, and i’m afraid it will just get worse when I keep running. Matter of fact, I even felt the ache while I was riding my bike last week.
